All new homes in Ontario have to be certified by Tarion, an organization whose mission is to protect the rights of new home buyers and to regulate new home builders.
As part of this process, and according to Part B of Builder Bulletin 42 , we will conduct a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) with you at your new home, before the date of possession. This will allow us to get you acquainted with your new home and to ensure that everything has been completed according to plan and operating properly.
